These Terms govern your access to and use of the MagicalJourney App and any associated content or features. Continued use of the Service implies acceptance of the most current version of these Terms, including any updates. We may revise these Terms at any time, and such updates will be reflected on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance.

MagicalJourney App offers interactive storytelling and content customization features, which may change or evolve over time. We reserve the right to modify, enhance, or discontinue any part of the Service, temporarily or permanently, without notice.

You are solely responsible for your use of the Service. We expect all users to use the Service respectfully and legally. You may not engage in behavior that is abusive, harmful, unlawful, or infringes on the rights of others.

By registering an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Be responsible for any actions taken through your account

You affirm that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including export and sanctions laws. You also confirm that you own or have rights to any content you submit and that you are not located in a country subject to Australian sanctions.

By uploading or submitting content (e.g., images, reviews, character details), you grant Aethers Innovations PTY a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, display, and share that content. You are responsible for the legality and appropriateness of anything you submit. Content that is offensive, infringing, or otherwise unlawful is strictly prohibited.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aethers Innovations PTY, its staff, partners, and affiliates from any claim or demand resulting from your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or any third-party claim relating to content you submit.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to install and use MagicalJourney App on your personal device. You may not decompile, reverse engineer, or redistribute the app. If downloaded from the Apple App Store, additional Apple-specific terms apply, including acknowledgment that Apple is not responsible for app support or liability. If downloaded from Google Play Store, additional Google-specific terms apply, including acknowledgment that Google is not responsible for app support or liability.

The app may offer digital content, subscriptions, or virtual currency ("Virtual Items") for purchase. All Virtual Items are for in-app use only, are non-transferable, and are not redeemable for real-world money. Subscription services will auto-renew unless canceled via your device settings. All charges are final and non-refundable, except where required by law or otherwise at our discretion.

All transactions are processed by third-party payment providers. We are not liable for issues related to payment processing systems or outages. Please refer to the payment provider's terms and privacy policies for details.

All purchases are non-refundable. Refunds or credits may be issued in limited cases solely at the discretion of Aethers Innovations PTY.

Links to third-party websites or services may be included within the app. We do not endorse or take responsibility for the content or practices of third-party entities.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees about availability, performance, or results from use. To the extent allowed by law, all implied warranties are disclaimed.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aethers Innovations PTY shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Any liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the past 12 months for the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason. You may also deactivate your account through the Service. Upon termination, any sections that by nature should survive will continue in effect.

All content, code, and materials in the Service, including user-generated story elements, remain the property of Aethers Innovations PTY or its licensors. You are not permitted to copy or redistribute any part of the Service without permission.

"MagicalJourney App" and related branding are trademarks of Aethers Innovations PTY. Use of these trademarks without written consent is prohibited.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which details how personal information is collected and used.

Promotional codes may be offered for extended trials, virtual content, or discounts. These codes have no monetary value, are non-transferable, and may be discontinued or limited at any time.

If you believe your intellectual property has been infringed upon, please contact us with a detailed notice. We comply with the Australian Copyright Act 1968 and may take appropriate action.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Queensland, unless arbitration is required (see below).

Monetary disputes shall be resolved via individual arbitration in accordance with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) Arbitration Guidelines. You may opt out of arbitration by emailing us within 30 days of first using the app.

All paid services are offered from Australia. By subscribing, you agree that your transactions are with an Australian business.

These Terms represent the complete agreement between you and Aethers Innovations PTY. Any failure to enforce a provision does not constitute a waiver. If any section is found unenforceable, it will not affect the validity of the remaining sections.
